Recent Patent Successes
I successfully represented a Global 100 company in numerous
matters before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). These matters settled soon after favorable results were obtained before the PTAB, ending years of lawsuits over 5G technology and other standard-
essential patents.
Recent Litigation Successes
In Infodeli v. Boehringer Ingelheim et al., I, along with co-counsel, defended
numerous pharmaceutical and software development companies against
claims for over a hundred million dollars and obtained summary judgment in favor of the defendants on copyright claims and a complete defense verdict on the remaining counts after a two-week jury trial. Affirmed by the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
